Narendra Modi’s father was a very ordinary Telly caste person, who had 6 children, one of whom was Narendra Modi. Narendra Modi used to set up a tea stall at the railway station with his father. He did not have much interest in studies, but according to his teacher, he was a skilled speaker.

Modi had a fondness for the country since childhood, he had enrolled himself at the age of 8 in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), a powerful Hindu nationalist group which is not secular against the talk of the Constitution of India. Narendra started visiting the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh branch regularly when he was a student of the university. Thus his life began as a loyal campaigner of the Sangh. He showed political activism from early life and played a major role in strengthening the base of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Narendra Modi’s strategy was to strengthen Shankar Singh Vaghela’s base in Gujarat.
Prior to this, he was the 18th Chief Minister of the state of Gujarat. Because of his work, the people of Gujarat elected him as Chief Minister 4 times in a row (from 2001 to 2014). Narendra Modi, a postgraduate degree in political science from Gujarat University, is known as Vikas Purush and is currently one of the most popular leaders in the country. He is also the most followed Indian leader on micro-blogging site Twitter. Time magazine has included Modi in the list of 42 candidates for Person of the Year 2013.

These were the third of the 6 children of father Damodar Das Modi and mother Hiraben. The financial condition of his house was very bad. The mother used to clean the dishes in the house of others and the father had a small tea shop. The entire family lived in a kutcha house. Due to poverty, even two-time food was not good enough. In a climate of struggle, Modi had seen many highs in life at a very young age. Since childhood, he was very fond of studying and writing. He considered Swami Vivekananda and his ideas as his ideal since childhood.
At the age of 13, Narendra was engaged to Jasoda Ben Chamanlal. But due to some family problems, he left home in 1967 at the age of 17 only. Leaving this house, he started to visit many of the ashrams of Hindu ashram established by Swami Vivekananda in North India and Belur Math in Kolkata.
In these days, he went deep in life, improved his thinking and came back home after about two years. After this Modi ji RSS (R.S.S.) and became a member of the RSS. Started working for Despite such busyness, Modi ji did not stop studying and got a degree in political science. He would join people serving people day and night and try to know their problems closely.
Work in Gujarat:
In 2001, there was a terrible earthquake in Gujarat and there was heavy destruction all over Gujarat. Not being happy with the relief work of the Gujarat government, senior BJP leaders made Narendra Modi the Chief Minister of Gujarat. Modi handled the relief work very efficiently and reinvigorated Gujarat. Modi made Gujarat the best state of India. He brought electricity to the village.
As A Chief Minister
For the first time in the country, all the rivers of a state were added, thereby removing the lack of water in the entire state. Asia’s largest solar park was built in Gujarat. All the villages of Gujarat were connected to the internet and tourism was also promoted. During Modi’s tenure, unemployment in Gujarat decreased considerably and the security of women improved considerably. For these reasons, the people of Gujarat appointed Modi as their Chief Minister for four consecutive terms.
After becoming the Prime Minister, he is leading India efficiently and taking India to new heights. He made many trips abroad and strengthened the image of India all over the world. Due to this, there was a lot of investment in India by foreign countries. Modi also made very good relations with neighboring countries. Modi started many schemes like Jan Dhan Yojana, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Make in India and Digital India, due to which there is a lot of development in India.

Narendra Modi was sworn in as the Prime Minister of India on 26 May 2014 and is the first Prime Minister of India who was born after independence and second prime minister from NDA, first prime minister is Atal Bihari Bajpayee. Since taking office in May 2014, Prime Minister Modi has embarked on a journey of all-round and inclusive development where every Indian can fulfill his hopes and aspirations. His call for ‘Make in India’, with his goal of making business easier, has led to unprecedented enthusiasm and entrepreneurship among investors and entrepreneurs. Labor reforms and the dignity of labor under the ‘Shramev Jayate’ initiative have empowered many workers engaged in small and medium industries and also inspired skilled youth of the country.
For the first time, the Government of India launched three social security schemes for the people of India and at the same time focused on providing pension to the elderly and insurance protection to the poor. In July 2015, the Prime Minister started the Digital India Mission with the aim of creating Digital India so that with the help of technology, changes can be made in the lives of people. On 2 October 2014, on the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Prime Minister launched ‘Swachh Bharat Mission – a mass movement for cleanliness across the country’.
In the June 2013 Lok Sabha elections, Modi was declared Prime Minister candidate from BJP. Where many people had already considered him Prime Minister of India. Why many people believed that Modi has the power to change India’s economic situation and develop India and finally in May 2014, he and his BJP party won the historic win by winning 282 seats out of 534 in the Lok Sabha elections. . And with this, he defeated the Indian National Congress, which had been handling Indian politics for the last 60 years. And the Indian public had shown at that time that they wanted to bring change in India as Modi.
In 1987, Narendra Modi joined the Bharatiya Janata Party, in the BJP, he moved forward day by day and he did many things for social interests while staying in the BJP. He promoted the Privatisation of Business, Small Business. Modi was appointed as the National Minister in 1995, his biggest obstacle in advancing the BJP in the 1998 election. February 2002 when Modi was serving as the Chief Minister of Gujarat. Someone attacked the incoming train, which was allegedly done by Muslims. And the Muslims of Gulberg were also attacked with the intention of revenge.
In this way, the violence increased, due to which the Modi government had to announce the curfew at that time. After some time there was a situation of peace in both the communities and then many people of Modi government criticized in the whole country, because more than 1000 Muslims were killed in that attack. After setting up 2 inquiry committee against Modi, the Supreme Court found that there is no witness against Modi from which he can be convicted.
